Call sheet

A call sheet is the single page (or short document) every cast and crew member receives before a shoot. It captures the day's logistics: arrival time, location with directions and parking, the shooting schedule broken into scenes, contacts for the photographer and key crew, wardrobe and props notes, weather, and any safety information. Photographers send call sheets at least 24 hours in advance so the team can prepare and arrive on time.

Example

A typical commercial call sheet shows a 7am photographer call, 8am model call, 9am-11am scene one, 11.30am scene two, lunch at 1pm, wrap by 5pm, with the studio address, parking instructions, and the producer's mobile number.
